Scars to my Beautiful.!

"Life is a gift. Wake up every day and Realize that.!      It's been a year since I met with an accident. A dog traversed our lane and I along with my dad and brother kicked to kiss the road after a few somersaults. The injuries were considerable but we were grateful for our lives since we fell over a National Highway. This unusual event enlightened me with some lessons for life.  1. Life is so uncertain. It hardly requires a minute to lose your life.  2. You never realize when your final goodbye is. So make peace with everyone.  3. Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. In this tragedy, I earned terrible scratches for life on my face and still I carry the marks. Earlier, I was a proud peacock of my clear face with no scars, acne or pimples. Subsequently, I get to read up on the connotation of charm. Real beauty is character and is being you by acknowledging yourself completely.  4. Nobody is coming to save you. It's you gonna lift yourself eve...

Give me a moment.!

Viktor Frankl was a holocaust survivor, once got a call from a lady. She spoke up that she is going to suicide. Viktor inquired what was the cause behind. The lady opened up herself elucidating all her troubles. Viktor gave his ear patiently. When she's done, there was a moment of speechlessness. Thereupon the lady confessed that she's not going to end her life. Viktor tried to pick her mind. The lady came out that your WILLINGNESS TO LISTEN remade my mind.
Viktor Frankl studied the source of depression and found that it is the lack of meaning in life. Life is sometimes filled with anxiety, internal conflict, disharmony, uncertainty and fear of the unknown. These thoughts give way to a myriad of feelings. There are many factors that cause stress in modern life. This stress, if not handled well, can push human beings into depression.
There are many factors which adds up to stress in this life. As human beings, we long for recognition in one or another way. Some long for love and care while others struggle to achieve their dreams. Some crave for money and others battle for their basic needs. Today's modern lifestyle and social media give us a lot of exposure to deal with. People are more connected to social media than in personal life. Every homosapiens need some kind of attention from fellow beings. When they fail to receive such heeding, it leads to stress. When stress piles up, it results in depression.
This depression must be handled carefully. Depressed people rarely open up themselves. In such kind, parents, friends or dear ones need to cheer them up. Bleak individuals refuse to reach out and talk to people. The intimate people must devoir themselves to watch out the signs of persistent sadness, aloofness, loss of interest in activities, appetite, negative thoughts including self-harm and provide them immediate support and connect. "Every man has his secret sorrows the world knows not". Try to tip off the blackness, hopelessness and loneliness they are going through. Be there for people. Mental pain is less dramatic than physical pain, but hard to bear. The frequent attempt to conceal the pain maximizes the burden.
Depression is the offshoot of hopelessness. Whatever situation you are in, there is still hope. Come out of the circle; Open up yourself; Unmask the ways to shine out of the darkness. Everyone is unique on this planet earth. Recognize the distinct talent and nurture them. So that people won't feel isolated or neglected. Respect diversities. Be kind to fellow humans. There is a difference between human being and 'being human'. Let's understand that. Everyone we meet has an unexpressed saga in them. Attempt to develop an extra ear to hear the untold. Because "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you"@Maya Angelou. Make people acknowledge that the flip side of life is amazing.
In conclusion, No darkness endures forever. And even there, there are stars. No storm, not even the one in your life is everlasting. Love your future more than your past. Winter always comes to an end. ALWAYS!. If you see someone falling behind, walk beside them. If you see someone being ignored, find a way to include them. Always remind people of their worth. One small act could mean the world to them. Expectation hurts. Don't expect anything from anyone. Develop self-love. Have some priorities. Find pleasure in your own company. Never lose hope. This life is worth the struggle. Your future self is pleading with you to stay. You are more than your thoughts. You are more than your fears and stronger than you give yourself credit for.!
                               You are not weak!
                               You are not defeated!
                               You are not weird!
You are not a lost cause!
                               You are not different!
                               You are Strong!
                               You are Beautiful!
                               You are Resilient!
                               You are loved!
                               You are capable!
You are more than you think.!
